I’m Jass Andrew and I’m the guy who set this site up. I’ve been helping people find the homes they want for a few years now. It is about providing a service, not skimming a fat commission. That is how I work.
Instead of talking about my qualifications or job history, I want to share with you how I got into this line, which would probably tell you more about me than where I went to school or worked.
When I was looking for my dream home, I had to deal with a lot of agents who did not try to understand my needs and give relevant advice. I got tired of dealing with this and finally found a place through research and a friend of mine.
He listened carefully to my requests, utilised his contacts and got the job done. I realised I had stumbled upon what many homebuyers want in a property agent: Someone who listens to their needs and have the contacts to make things happen.
I wanted to do for others what he did for me, so I took the required tests then joined the industry. It isn’t a particularly exciting story but that is how this site came about.
